Listed are the DSHS Roles that May Access CMBHS

DSHS System Administrators
Description	DSHS empolyee is designated by DSHS to setup security and ongoing maintenance of CMBHS.
Rights	Read/Write access to all screen.
Default Screen	System Administrator Workspace.

 

DSHS User Administrator
Description	An indivdual designated by the DSHS to assist user with limited security functions such as user id, passwords and adding new staff to the system.
Rights	Staff Setup, user ID and PW maintenance for DSHS Staff.
Default Screen	Find/New Staff Screen

 

DSHS Oversight
Description	Quality Management, Fiscal Auditors, Regulatory, Client Rights.
Rights	Read-only access to all screens.
Default Screen	Change Location

 

Substance Abuse Service Maintenance
Description	Responsible for maintaining any business area maintenance screen.
Rights	Read/Write Substance Abuse Maintenance Screens
Default Screen	DSHS Workspace.

 

Mental Health Service Maintenance
Description	Responsible for maintaining any business area maintenance screen.
Rights	Read/Write Mental Health Maintenance Screens.
Default Screen	DSHS Workspace.

 

Northstar Service Maintenance
Description	Responsible for maintaining any business area maintenance screen.
Rights	Read/Write North Star Maintenance Screens
